Insight Global Residential Service Technician in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking for Service Technicians to support their customer base on-site in the Brookfield, WI area. These individuals will be responsible for working with the existing customer base, focusing solely on add-ons and conversions strictly on the command panel. They will work alongside the service team for quick and easy installs. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with customers on any upgrades or accessories. These individuals must be comfortable using their personal vehicles to travel between customer sites and the shop location and will receive on-site training at the start of their employment.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma

 Valid Driver's License

 Familiar with power and hand tools (i.e Screwdrivers, Wire Cutters, and Drills)

 Basic understanding of networks and internet (i.e how routers, modems, and mesh points interact and what they are, what is a causes internet lags, etc)

 Comfortable working with smart devices and applications

 Excellent customer service skills

 Sales experience 1 year of professional customer service experience

 Technical training

 Wiring Experience null
