The intern will support the Quality Assurance Department by assisting in stability sample tracking, inventory management, label review, and compliance documentation. This role offers exposure to industry regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control processes while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and tracking stability samples according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Learn about different types of stability studies (e.g., accelerated, long-term, intermediate) based on storage conditions.

• Maintain accurate inventory records of stability samples using both physical logs and digital tracking systems.

• Verify sample data for accuracy by cross-checking digital and physical records.

• Assist in reviewing product labels and Master Labels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including dosage instructions and safety warnings.

• Learn how to create and maintain a database for labeling components using RF Smart software, gaining exposure to inventory tracking integration.

• Develop skills in stability sample management, labeling compliance, and database management while ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Undergraduate or Graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited university/college.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of mathematical concepts for data accuracy and inventory tracking.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
