Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota
Description
We are offering an Administrative Assistant a short-term contract employment opportunity in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English. It is primarily focused on providing excellent member services, handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with scheduling appointments, and contributing to advocacy and outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Provide effective and detail-oriented customer service by managing incoming calls
• Address and resolve member issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Document all member interactions, issues, and resolutions within the system
• Assist members in accessing their online portals, including helping with password related problems
• Schedule appointments for members across various departments
• Respond to all member emails from assigned follow-up lists
• Stay updated with organizational policies and procedures to provide consistent and accurate responses to member inquiries
• Participate in advocacy and outreach campaigns by communicating with members, community leaders, and politicians
• Input member complaints in the system, including details of the complaint, involved parties, and resolution
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Office tasks
• Fluent in Spanish Language, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Basic Office Skills, including filing, typing, and data entry
• Ability to handle Inter-Office Mail effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrated expertise in Office Administration and managing Office Functions
• Experience in ordering and managing Office Supplies
• Capable of operating standard Office Equipment
• Comfortable handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, including answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Familiarity with Multi-line Phone Systems and Multi-line Switchboard operations
• Experience in planning and coordinating Corporate Events and Charity Events
• Ability to organize Community Events and Outreach Events
• Proficient in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences
• Ability to assist Customers, Guests, and Visitors in a detail oriented and courteous manner TalentMatch®
