If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you! About the Role MWHis currently seeking an ERP Administrator to support our ERP system. The ERP Systems Junior Administrator is responsible for the administration and reliable performance of the ERP system assisting the SR ERP Administrator. Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related software, user access and challenges. Participates in assisting projects from design, configure, test and implementation of the ERP system upgrades and related applications. Implements and maintains Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and systems for clients. Supports the management of the software that allows an organization to use integrated applications that automate functions that free up company manpower. Examines and analyzes current systems to identify strengths and weaknesses and defines system requirements. Proposes and develops design specifications and oversees customized ERP solutions that integrate the client's pertinent ideas, assuring their business needs are met; and incorporates ERP applications with the existing infrastructure. Performs day-to-day maintenance on the ERP system, installs new upgrades, and tests for bugs. Provides technical and emergency support using software and other management procedures. Maximizes businesses' improvements and manages the development team chosen to design and execute the improvements. Monitors workflow processes, looks for potential issues that may arise while implemented enhancements are occurring, collects data for potential improvements that may be applied, and works on solutions to resolve issues. Configures and optimizes the systems and software, and trains users in their fu Essential Functions User access administration Assign security to projects and specific functions Administration and configuration of all test, development and production environments General User Support of the ERP system and related third party applications Troubleshoot and resolving ERP IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels Administer Support Requests using Ticket entry system Follow up help requests and IT support tickets related to the system and ensure resolution Test system upgrades and patches with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Involvement in assessing the impact of change requests Participate with Internal and external system audits User Documentation: create and maintain system documentation and user guides Basic Qualifications Four-year degree in technology, computer science, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support role Excellent customer service and collaboration skills Must be service minded with strong customer service skills Ability to prioritize, analyze, and troubleshoot issues Excellent verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite/Microsoft M365 Platform Preferred Qualifications IT Customer Support Experience Basic SQL and report writing skills Basic Experience administrating ERP applications Basic system audit experience Compensation The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between 100,000 to 125,000 yearly, based on experience.
