PHC Supervisors are responsible for:

• Driving to client's homes, performing admission and evaluations using company vehicle.
• Hiring and training attendants
• Performing Supervisory/Complaint visits
• Training attendants on Medius EVV
• Completing client/attendant charts
• Ensuring services are being rendered in full compliance of Agency and Contract regulations and standards
• Reporting concerns to Administrator
• Working well with other employees to complete tasks
• Able to lead a team of employees and give direction
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
