Job Title: 3rd Shift - Production Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee three to four Production Supervisors and manage 120-125 union employees.

• Ensure daily production numbers are met and maintain quality standards.

• Participate in hiring and terminating employees according to company policies.

• Track efficiencies and inefficiencies to help the company achieve annual goals.

• Work closely with employees, providing direction and holding them accountable for meeting daily production goals.

• Hold production meetings to give clear instructions on tasks to be completed.

• Send various reports to leadership on completed and pending tasks.

• Track employee attendance and participate in grievance meetings.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Red Zone production program for daily tasks.

• Perform various other daily duties as needed.

Pay/Shift/Additional Information:

• Our facility operates on a 3rd shift schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, with candidates expected to work 9 hours each day.

• This includes arriving 30 minutes to 1 hour before the shift and staying 30 minutes to 1 hour after the shift to discuss completed tasks and pass along work orders.

• Salaried employees are paid monthly, with hourly employees receiving weekly pay.

• This position supervises union employees from Teamsters Local 20 and is a non-union, salaried, non-exempt role.
