You will oversee and ensure the Food Safety of products produced at the Mondelez Clinceni Production Site. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the necessary standards of hygiene, sanitation, good manufacturing practices, and the HACCP system in accordance with local and international regulations. As a senior expert in areas of critical importance to the organization, you will regularly engage with senior management. Your role includes fostering a strong consumer-centric culture and providing continuous support in the areas of food safety and compliance.

How you will contribute

To excel in this role, you will drive implementation of regional and global strategies, identify, report, monitor and direct corrective and preventive actions associated with quality KPIs, and partner with cross-functional internal and external business partners to meet our quality agenda. In addition, you will lead local quality programs, share best practices through quality benchmarking, root-cause analysis and follow-up to protect Mondelēz International and our consumers.

In direct collaboration with our Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate quality and food safety activities, provide support, guidance and coaching to ensure that the strong food safety standards, regulatory conformance and other quality related aspects are clearly understood and not compromised

  • Support in QP implementation and mitigation plan preparation if needed

  • Ensure HACCP is fully implemented in line with our standard across site and provide support at all the HACCP verification/ validation as required

  • Implement and maintain company Allergen policies on site, Extraneous matter management and Hygienic zoning programs

  • Perform CAPA supervision in ENABLON and in the local system

  • Cooperate with support functions: CQ, FS, Sanitation, R&D

  • Support in IL6S journey and QM Pillar implementation

  • Develop and roll out procedures and standards to improve food safety across site

  • Be involved in continuous improvement and sharing of best practices.

  • Provide food safety support for all projects, studies and assessments as required.

  • Lead the development of training materials and providing effective training for GMP / food safety and sanitation area for individuals and groups.

  • Related experience in quality, working in a food manufacturing setting

  • Root Cause Analyzing and CAPA expertize

  • A good knowledge of Quality requirements: HACCP standards (through experience in manufacturing quality)

  • Handling multiple tasks and prioritize

  • Communication and leadership skills on cross-functional teams

  • Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques

  • Strong logical practical management, problem solving and leadership skills

  • Strong influencing skills are important in this role to foster and progress positive project results across varied cross functional teams/projects

  • IL6S and Quality Manufacturing Pillar knowledge are an advantage

  • Both local language and English proficiency are a requirement
