Job Title: Customer Experience Senior Executive -Nordics

About the role

  • Proactive cash collection to meet end of month targets

  • Customer queries and issue resolution (e.g. price, delivery issues)

  • Manage relationship with customers, with the market (account managers, credit risk manager, Finance manager) and internally (e.g. customer service team, supply team, warehouse)

  • Manage credit risk (monitor payment behaviour of customers and propose credit limit changes)

  • Manage customer ledger (up-to-date information about overdue items)

  • Reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports) and flag end of month risks and weekly cash calls

  • Continuously improve the credit control/customer spend process

  • Actively promote the CARM/Control agenda

  • Continuously support system and process improvement initiatives

  • Support OTC supporting functions and processing activities (billing, clearing, customer spend processing)

  • Ensure all SAP documents are billed and delivered to customers

  • Resolve all interface and EDI related issues

  • Order Entry

  • Overseeing the overall risks for Benelux and Nordics and striving to meet end of month KPIs

  • Organizing monthly credit control meetings with the credit controllers

  • Driving the PDF invoice sending project

  • Presenting end of month cash risks to the IMC and Finance Director

  • Coordinating the credit limit reviews with Team Leader

  • Ensuring all rules are followed as per the CARM requirements

  • Responding to the yearly audits

  • Cash collection and all related tasks as per listed above

  • Striving to meet all KPIs

What you will bring

  • Fluent English and Danish language knowledge

  • High degree in finance, economics, education or communication

  • Prior experience in Cash Cycle processes

  • Prior experience in Client Support

  • Previous experience in SAP
