This position will be Hybrid in nature, allowing for 2-3 days remote work, with the remainder on-site at our Recruitment Delivery Center, located in the Gateway Office Park, Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2, 1138 Hungary.
As this position will support a global customer with responsibilities managing the contingent workforce recruitment projects of many European countries, candidates must be fluent in English (C1) & German (C1)
As an Expert Talent Advisor, you’ll act as a liaison between client hiring managers and staffing suppliers for order management, candidate submission, VMS management, reporting and analytics.
The individual in this role will have subject matter expertise in MSP/VMS staffing. This position acts as primary point of contact for client hiring managers and program sponsors, providing them industry trend recommendations, addressing matters relating to standard program operating procedures, contract matters, best practice recommendations, and VMS optimization/standardization.
What you will do:
Act as a liaison between client and contracted suppliers in order to facilitate interview and hiring process of a contingent workers & independent Contractors
Handle order intake and vetting as well as ongoing spend management
Assist with requisition creation and distribution to contracted suppliers
Review all candidates submitted by suppliers, shortlisting qualified candidates and working with hiring managers on making quality hiring decisions
Manage job title/category and rate card
Work with client hiring managers to ensure appropriate security, badges and technology procurement needs are met for each particular position filled
Ensure timesheets and project logs are submitted, approved and processed in a timely manner in order to realize all revenue opportunities
Ensure client spend and system access approval is received and tracked appropriately
Input VMS system requests and process changes and updates as needed
Maintenance of cost centers and customer defined fields including work order revisions and extensions
Assist in supplier management, audits, surveying, scorecarding, payment reconciliation, and best practice recommendations around requisition distribution
Create and deliver supplier reviews in order to objectively measure performance in line with agreed SLA’s or project milestones and budget
Work with vendor relations team to add new suppliers or remove existing suppliers from the program
Create and submit reports for internal and external use
Manage the reconciliation of all weekly sync reports
Ensure the program is compliant in accordance with the contracts in place
Work with internal and external legal & contract teams to facilitate new contingent engagements
Provide customer service and timely response to client, supplier and candidate inquiries
Assist with requisition fulfillment as needed
What we would like you to have:
2 years of VMS experience or related experience in staffing, recruiting or MSP account management
Fluency in English and German
Working knowledge of a VMS tool, Fieldglass is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to successfully interface with clients, suppliers, candidates, and internal teams
High level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to effectively prioritize workload
Ability to facilitate a significant sourcing event and procure staffing services
Strong organizational, detail orientation, analytical and problem solving abilities to resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
Ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
