Job Description Summary
GE Healthcare is offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Excellence Specialist to collaborate closely with our Delivery and Installation teams to drive significant transformation in our Magnetic Resonance (MR) business. Working within the HPM Technical Center, the ideal candidate will lead the team in significantly enhancing delivery and installation processes while effectively collaborating with Initiative leaders and Subject Matter Experts from logistics, mechanical installation, and field service teams.
This role is open to all candidates in the international region.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the simplification and optimization of the MR delivery and installation process improvement globally, including the following:
Identify Inefficiencies in rigging and mechanical installations processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document standard work procedures
Create and deploy magnet connectivity standard work at the GEHC distribution warehouses and on customer sites.
Conduct KP and root cause analysis to facilitate problem solving and provide feedback to workstream owners
Maintain a customer centric focus, be a customer MRI advocate, and create value for GE Healthcare Customers
Lead various VCP projects with international zones, service, and global teams such as installations outliers analysis, He consumption control, MyInstall Digital Delivery, etc.
Oversee the CSAT process, be a customer MRI advocate, contribute to the global path to leadership program, and process improvement.
Collaborate with the service team on vendor training and building expertise
Qualifications and Requirements
Demonstrated experience in driving MR process improvement initiatives.
Strong experience in a related field such as Supply Chain, Service, or Operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required.
