Role Summary
Lead and manage new product development, design to value projects.
Your Role
Working closely with the strategic management and leadership team, defining project scope, requirements and budget, including resource allocation and building project teams.
Leading project teams using project management methodologies, creating schedules and develop mitigation plans.
Regularly briefing management and key stakeholders on project status, presenting plans and obtaining approvals during control milestones.
Proactively managing changes in project scope and budget, managing risk and holding the team accountable to deliver on schedule.
Maintaining up-to-date project documentation, managing project tools and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Preferred: mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar disciplineMBA and/or PMP Certification preferred.
5-7 years of related experience, ideally in a manufacturing industry.
Advanced knowledge of English.
A work permit for employment or gainful activity in Hungary is required. We do not provide VISA.
Experience working on a new product development project as a team member or project manager.
Experience leading complex development projects, utilizing waterfall/agile methodologies.
Experience working with distributed, global and remote teams.
