THE POSITION

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist in Hungary, Budapest, who:

• Keeps and maintains the orders and the parameters in the system (SAP) under the supervision of Supply Chain Manager.

• Pro-actively follows up, communicates and looks for alternatives for any supply issues.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• handling of sales orders (Human Pharma and Animal Health as well), daily connection with wholesalers

• managing of invoicing, picking in SAP

• daily communication with warehouse & customers

• handling of returns, issuing credit notes

• organizing donation rounds locally

REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Advanced level qualification / degree

• Good (intermediate) English knowledge in written and oral

• Native Hungarian

• Negotiation and good communication skills

• Experience in logistics is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome

• Ability to use IT systems, in particular SAP
