Why This Role Rocks:

As a Talent Partnering and Sourcing Hub Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of Talent Partners and a Sourcing Specialists of our Global Sourcing Hub. You'll be at the forefront of driving excellence across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the implementation and continuous improvement of best practices to align talent acquisition strategies with our business needs. From enhancing the quality of hires through data-driven experimentation to developing robust talent pipelines, you'll play a crucial role in our success. Plus, you'll foster strong relationships with HR Business Partners and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Attract and Select Talent: Develop innovative strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates. Leverage various sourcing channels, build a strong employer brand, and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

  • Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment.

  • Inspire Talent Partners to act as strategic business partners, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Ensure they are equipped to proactively address future talent requirements.

  • Data-Driven Insights: use data to drive workforce planning and decision-making. Analyze market trends, talent availability, and business needs to create visibility into the talent market.

  • Project Management: Lead Talent Partners in managing key recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and recruitment processes. Ensure project timelines, resources, and deliverables are managed effectively.

  • Talent Advisory: Ensure Talent Partners act as Talent Advisors for the leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and best practices.

  • Collaboration and Integration: Foster strong collaboration between Talent Partners and other HR functions, ensuring seamless integration of talent acquisition strategies with broader HR and business objectives.

  • Enhance Sourcing Capabilities: Lead efforts to enhance sourcing capabilities across the global hub. Identify and implement innovative approaches to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Develop strategies to manage and nurture candidate pools, ensuring a proactive approach to candidate engagement. Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to keep them engaged over the long term.

  • Resource Allocation: Define and implement a resource allocation method to ensure optimal use of sourcing specialists across various regions and projects. Ensure resources are aligned with business priorities and hiring needs.

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance for talent partners and lead innovative sourcing techniques. Develop suitable approaches to build pipelines for recurring positions and drive solutions for niche position hiring.

  • Measure Effectiveness: Identify key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing activities. Develop processes and tracking mechanisms to monitor performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Talent Acquisition Expertise: Extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment, with a track record of successfully leading and managing recruitment projects and executive searches on regional or global outreach.

  • People Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration.

  • High-Impact Recruitment Initiatives: A solid track record of leading complex, high-impact recruitment initiatives, including executive searches, across regional and global markets. Proven ability to design and execute sophisticated searches for hard-to-fill roles.

  • International Experience: Demonstrated success in operating within complex, international environments, effectively navigating cultural nuances and collaborating with global stakeholders to attract top-tier talent.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, leveraging data-driven tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights to identify and engage potential candidates proactively. Skilled in analyzing market trends and talent analytics to inform strategic recruitment decisions.

  • Advanced Recruitment Technologies: Deep knowledge and practice in using advanced recruitment platforms, data analytics tools, and HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experiences.

  • Adaptability and Effectiveness: Proven ability to remain adaptable and effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Skilled at managing shifting priorities, high workloads, and delivering under pressure while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
