We are looking for highly skilled and proactive professionals to join our team in CABA as Sr Accounting Analysts focused on operational expenses .
What You'll Do For Us
You will play a crucial role in analyzing and forecasting financial data to support strategic and operational decision-making. Your responsibilities include:
Providing accurate and timely financial information, interpreting data on overhead, and making strategic recommendations to senior management.
Conducting complex financial analysis projects and preparing forecasts to analyze the company's position regarding operative expenses.
Participating actively within the team, ensuring compliance with information requests, and delivering timely and accurate results.
Validating and revising registered operations in the main accounting system, determining provisions, accounting for price variations, and analyzing accounts.
Managing month-end and year-end closings to achieve accurate financial results for the Plant.
Supporting the Operations Manager and other areas with financial insights and recommendations.
Serving as a financial reference and role model, transferring knowledge, and delegating tasks for collective growth.
Identifying and reporting activities that may enhance procedures related to Argentina Concentrate Plant Processes.
What are the qualifications needed:
Bachelor in Accountability.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience in establishing organizational strategies and cultures that drive goal achievement.
Problem-solving abilities to efficiently address issues related to finance, internal controls, and procedural improvements.
