Summary:
Responsible for multi-tasking, handling changing priorities and confidential matters within Catholic Health's Quality and Patient Safety Department. Manages the administrative and data needs of the System Director of QPS & Loss prevention, Site Directors of Quality and Patient Safety, and Significant Event Manager. Coordinates Peer Review conferences to include updating meeting materials, organizing case reviews and ensuring all potential quality of care issues, adverse events and educational cases are referred to appropriate peer review conference. Supports regulatory readiness through assembly of required documentation, maintenance of the regulatory alert system and provision of on-site support during a survey. Provides assistance to the QPS, Clinical Data Systems Coordinator with report generation, data entry and system maintenance.

A.A.S. Degree
BS Preferred
EXPERIENCE
Previous administrative assistant experience preferred
Experience in a health related field preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Microsoft Outlook, MS Publisher and internet research
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to perform multiple complex administrative processes simultaneously, independently, and with a high degree of sensitive and confidential information in a complex fast pace environment
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner both in written form and orally

WORKING CONDITIONS:
