Overview
Catholic Charities of Buffalo is hiring a full-time Clinic Supervisor for the Monsignor Carr Institute in Buffalo (Humboldt and Rich locations). This role involves overseeing daily operations of OMH-licensed outpatient behavioral health clinics, providing administrative and clinical supervision, and ensuring high-quality client care.

Our programs include comprehensive counseling services for all ages, basic emergency assistance including operating 8 food pantries, mental health services, chemical dependency treatment, educational and job readiness services, services to older adults, marriage counseling, immigration and refugee assistance , and a variety of programs that address prevention and treatment of a number of family issues. Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling or Qualified Health Professional related field. Must hold a clinical license in NY State (LCSW/LMHC).
At least three (3) years of post-master's degree experience providing direct treatment in a behavioral health setting.
At least one (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills required .
Demonstrated ability to engage, lead and maintain effective relationships with a clinical team
Demonstrated agility, initiative, ability to work independently and efficiently (effective organizational and time management skills) and produce results
In-depth familiarity with WNY community and continuum of human services (health, behavioral health and social services) systems, organizations and resources
Fluent in various computer applications ( e.g. Word, Excel), electronic database systems and electronic health records
Experience with 10e11 EMR system a plus
Requires travel - must possess valid NYS driver license and agency-required level of auto insurance coverage and be able to travel as needed within the eight county WNY region.
Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule in order provide person-centered care and participate in agency-related activities/events that may take place outside of typical business hours.
Essential Functions

Exemplify Catholic Charities' mission, vision, guiding principles and policies and procedures
Promote adherence to high ethical standards, consistent with the Catholic Charities' Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, legal mandates & labor laws, NYS Justice Center, NYS, OMH, managing contractual regulations and other accreditation standards ( e.g. COA, BBB).
Promote and reinforce client-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused trauma-informed care in the context of systems.
Cultivate a culture of sensitivity and respect for diversity.
Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations including, but not limited to those governing confidentiality, privacy, and program, billing and documentation standards.
Perform all duties in accordance with CCB's corporate compliance and ethics program.
Other duties as assigned.
Community Relationships :
Serve as liaison with key stakeholders, fostering smooth care coordination processes, responding to stakeholder requests/concerns/complaints.
Routinely evaluate stakeholder (families, partner providers, community, etc.) satisfaction and likeliness to promote CCB and clinical services program(s).
Cultivate and expand strategic, strong and resilient relationships with key stakeholders, referral sources, and service partners, to assure effective coordination of services and collective solution-building.
Represent Catholic Charities of Buffalo and the Clinical Services at community and professional committees, meetings and events.
Actively participate on CCB leadership teams, steering committees and in agency-sponsored and Diocese-sponsored events.
Chair agency committees as warranted .
Compliance :
Communicate regulations, standards, applicable policies and procedures to team members and monitor compliance.
Monitor clinician adherence to program standards, regulations & procedures and service targets/outcomes, including routine case record reviews.
Routinely utilize electronic medical record (EMR) database system reports/queries to monitor and manage productivity and quality clinical performance.
Compile and analyze data to ensure compliance with contract and funder requirements, agency policies and procedures, and program tenets.
Respond (verbally and documented via Incident Report system) to crises and high risk /safety concerns; Identify and implement corrective action as necessary.
Fiscal Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying and implementing best practices that maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.
Assist with developing, managing and monitoring related program budgets.
Monitor monthly revenue/expense reports and contract partners' adherence to contract and funder requirements and achievement of program outcomes within budget.
Designate and monitor staffing allocations to ensure accurate alignment with assigned program/service responsibilities within program budgets.
Quality Assurance :
Assist in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes.
Contribute data and information for (at least) quarterly quality reporting and to meet reporting needs in alignment with agency, program, and funder standards.
Routinely review quality reports with program team members.
Evaluate program compliance and quality with Performance Quality Improvement plans.
Staffing/Supervision :
Recruit, orient, and monitor clinical and employee performance.
Conduct provisional and annual performance evaluations as required .
Maintain performance accountability and implement corrective supervisory action as warranted .
Provide coverage as needed to meet clinic and client needs. May hold a small caseload at times.
Facilitate professional development opportunities to support quality service provision.
Directly supervisor Senior Therapist(s) and/or Therapists
Directly supervisor Office Manager(s) and maintain oversight of front desk operations in support of overall clinic operations.
Compensation range may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.
