The role of Coordinator, Licensed Products is responsible for assisting the Baseball Category in the execution of achieving short- and long-term business objectives by providing key support on multi-faceted projects, business analysis, and communications with cross functional teams and licensed partners.
Responsibilities
Provides key support to the daily operations of Baseball LMT including licensing agreements, product briefs, seasonal and on-field programs, hot markets, customs and collaborations
Assists the Baseball Category in implementing annual MiLB and MLB updates including rebrands, team, designation, affiliation and style guide changes
Executes strategies for category specific stock, residual, chase and domestic at-once opportunities
Runs BI report, organizes and provides analytical summaries and recommendations as necessary
Utilize Job Tracker, ROAL, B2B, SAP as necessary
Manages the Little League World Series and Arizona Fall League licenses
Builds and maintains effective relationships and communication with all key internal and external stakeholders
Coordinates materials needed for Baseball focused Trade Shows, Meetings, and Presentations
Keeps all sensitive matters confidential
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Basic knowledge of business and financial principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to build and maintain internal and external relationships
Ability to assist with implementation of strategic initiatives
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Enthusiastic, proactive and positive approach
Ability to communicate effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Marketing preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree
One (1) to Three (3) years of sports marketing experience; sports or apparel preferred
Knowledge of Job Tracker, ROAL, B2B, or SAP preferred
Travel Requirement

The salary range for this posted position is $50,500 - $56,500 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York. Actual compensation is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
