Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our team situated in BUFFALO, New York, 14208, United States. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be tasked with handling intricate accounting functions, manipulating Accounting Software Systems, and performing financial services using ADP. The role also involves the operation of Computerized Accounting Systems and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Implement accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Prepare the annual budget and conduct cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Computerized Accounting System for various accounting tasks.

• Employ Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Manage accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Regularly handle Sage Intacct for managing financial operations and reporting.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to finance and accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards in all accounting functions. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge and experience with Computerized Accounting Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding and experience with Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage and develop an Annual Budget

• Skills in Cash Flow Analysis

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct software

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
