Job Summary: The Medical Assistant will support healthcare professionals by performing various administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English , with a medical assistant diploma or CCMA certification .

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected.

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

• Record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.

• Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.

• Perform routine laboratory tests and sample collection.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.

• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records.

• Provide patient education and support, ensuring clear communication in both Spanish and English.

• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Medical Assistant diploma or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
