The Complex Senior Business Travel Sales Manager position at Hilton offers an exciting opportunity to oversee three properties: Embassy Suites SF Burlingame, Embassy Suites South San Francisco, and Embassy Suites Milpitas. What will I be doing?
- Focus on new IBT business development for the bay area market via cold calling and telemarketing, etc.
- Qualify prospects for the consolidated HCS office
- Identifies new business opportunities by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Establishes contact with new customers effectively penetrating and saturating accounts
- Primary attention to in-house bookings, Lost and Turned Down bookings, and available data through reader board reports. Position also required to promote in advance hotel(s) to incoming citywide events to protect assigned blocks
- Develop and execute on-site and field presentations to prospective clients
- Participate in the industry related organizations, and local community to develop business
- Develop and manage familiarization tours
- Attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes
- Assist the sales department with projects and responsibilities as deemed necessary
- Manage TA connections regularly to capture business

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between 100K - 115K/year and is based on applicable experience and location.
