Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a remote Business Analyst to join their team who will also act in some Project Manager capacity. This client is needing a knowledgeable business leader who can guide decision-making in process design. This individual should be familiar with Visios functionality, even though they are currently using Lucid for this project.

This individual will be solely focused on the following;

1. Process maps - Identify and outline the business processes that will be affected by their Digital Transformation project in the upcoming months.

2. Using the approved future state process map, compile a detailed list of actions or decisions that must be organized for implementation.

3. Develop a training and communication plan, then transfer steps 1-3 to the designated business lead for managing implementation and training.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

3+ years of business analyst experience

Project management experience

Presentation experience

Strong communication and detail orientated

Critical thinker and go-getter mentality null
