Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. As a Collections Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and resolving customer inquiries, processing credit applications, and maintaining customer records. This role is in the Accounting Software Systems industry and is a crucial part of our customer relationship management (CRM) efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems and Accurint tools

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, leveraging your skills in CRM and Epic Software

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, utilizing ADP - Financial Services

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary

• Perform billing functions and administer claims

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection processes

• Continually update and improve your knowledge of our collection processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Accurint software

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience in Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Claim Administration

• Proficiency in Collection Processes
