ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Mill Setup / Operator in Butler, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading metal fabrication company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Mill Setup / Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Mill Setup / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: 2nd Shift Mill Setup / Operator
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay Range: $18 - $28 per hour
What's the Job?
Independently set up, program, and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills, and other equipment.
Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models.
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes, and tolerances based on specifications.
Maintain excellent attendance and contribute to a positive work environment.
What's Needed?
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
3+ years of machining experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attendance and a positive, “can do” attitude.
