Production Supervisor

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20 employees alongside another Supervisor. You will bring your leadership experience from the manufacturing floor in assembly, packaging, and shipping & receiving. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with the production team for the majority of the shift in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.

• Lead and supervise a team of 20 employees in a manufacturing and warehouse setting.

• Oversee assembly, packaging, and shipping & receiving operations.

• Work hands-on with the production team for the majority of the shift.

• Implement and maintain continuous improvement practices.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on the production floor.

• Communicate effectively with operators and other team members.

• Translate instructions and be able to communicate in a bi-lingual environment.

• Complete end-of-shift reports and other administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of production supervision experience.

• Strong leadership skills in managing employees.

• Previous experience or understanding in maintenance or engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus. Spanish & English

Work Environment

The position offers 1st shift hours from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a four-day work week and Fridays off. The role includes 75% hands-on work on the production floor and 25% office work at the end of the shift. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises.
