JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will understand hiring needs, talent gaps, and recruitment priorities.
Responsibilities include leading and executing recruitment processes, designing and executing talent acquisition projects and campaigns and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to surface internal candidates for career opportunities.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Talent Acquisition
Manages the attraction, recruitment and assessment of new associates. Executes all stages of the recruitment cycle, including identifying vacancies, posting roles to job boards, screening CVs
Hires successful applicants into the relevant HR systems maintaining candidate and employee records securely, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and Company policies
Participates to implement all the HR procedures
Coordinates relationships with local and national job boards, recruiters, agencies and internal recruitment partners developing creative ways to attract talent to the business in line with EDITION brand
Ensures managers are knowledgeable about the Company’s recruitment process and provide training where necessary
Identifies top talent within the Hotel for promotion
Ensures that all necessary documentation for company audits is prepared and complete
Budget
Participates in the definition of the Talent Acquisition and Training budget
Manages budget in alignment with Human Resources and property financial goals
Manages department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
Onboarding and Training
Designs and executes a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new associates
Provides support to new hires during their initial period to ensure successful integration into the company culture and processes
Monitors and assess associate's performance during the pre-probationary period
Collaborates with department Heads to gather feedback and ensure timely evaluations
Provides support and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans if needed
Identifies and coordinate necessary training programs to ensure associates comply with company Standard Operating Procedure
Ensures all associates complete mandatory training courses within the required timeframe
Individual Protection Devices (IPDs)
Oversees the distribution and proper use of individual protection devices
Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding IPDs
Collaborates with the safety team to address any IPD-related concerns
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the recruitment, strong management skills, hands-on experience in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition campaigns. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is requested. Experience in the hospitality industry and leading talent acquisition projects is advantageous.
This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptive to changing priorities and possess excellent communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and fluency in English and Italian complete the profile.
