Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
This position will be working in the Guest Services Centre on the Ground Floor of Bankers Hall. This role will provide a high degree of customer service and professionalism, complemented by attention to detail and strong communication capabilities in dealing with internal and external customers. The successful candidate must be flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as they relate to the roll out of promotions and special events. The chosen candidate must understand and emulate Brookfield’s Commitment to Outstanding Service by providing this level of service to all internal and external clients, over the phone, virtually and in person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing & Events department on all events, programs and marketing materials as assigned.
Support Social Media programs – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts/contests
Assist in the preparation of Public Area Use Agreements and collecting of insurance requirements for incoming events for execution.
Content creation on the Axiis Tenant App that increases engagement and participation in building events.
Responsible for creating content and distribution of the Brookfield Weekly newsletter.
Contribute to the planning and activations of Corporate, Property, Tenant Amenity activations and Team Building Events.
Assist in merchandising retail Display Cases and Poster Displays.
Assist Conference Centre Staff with meetings and retail event set-ups.
Assist with questions from tenants and members of the general public liaising with Operations, Security and Tenant Services ensuring tenant satisfaction while promoting a teamwork environment.
Support Bankers Hall Customer Service initiatives including Parking with Purchase and Hotel Bag programs.
Undertakes other duties and committee responsibilities as may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Understanding of event logistics, including planning, coordination and execution.
Computer literate and fully proficient with:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
Microsoft Office
Adobe Software
Website and Social Media Applications including Sprout Social
InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Canva Programs
EDUCATION / DESIGNATIONS / LICENSES:
High School Diploma
Currently enrolled in a marketing diploma/degree program
