Our client is seeking a Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various teams. Job Title: Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist
Location: Calgary, AB
Job Description:
Ensure the timely release of orders to suppliers in accordance with company purchasing rules.
Manage supplier order portfolios and oversee deliveries based on internal production requirements.
Maintain and monitor the buying of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while upholding high-quality standards.
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery issues, discrepancies, and changes in orders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the performance of the company.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary diploma.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is essential.
3-5 years of related experience in procurement or supply chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
