As a Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various teams. Job Title: Supplier Delivery Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

• Ensure the timely release of orders to suppliers in accordance with company purchasing rules.

• Manage supplier order portfolios and oversee deliveries based on internal production requirements.

• Maintain and monitor the buying of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while upholding high-quality standards.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery issues, discrepancies, and changes in orders.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the performance of the company.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is essential.

• 3-5 years of related experience in procurement or supply chain.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
