Background: Western Gage Corporation is a manufacturer of precision measurement instruments located in Camarillo, CA. We use manual machines to fabricate custom air gages, air probes, and air rings which are used in a variety of industries.

Summary: Under minimal supervision, this position utilizes manual machines, hand tools and measuring equipment. Work includes the fabrication, modification or repair of products sold by and tools used at Western Gage.

Qualifications

• Reads Blueprints
• Knowledge of Machining Practices and Set ups
• Setup and Operate Manual Lathe and Mill and Surface Grinder
• Able to precision parts with tolerances up to .0005
