Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Process customer shipments and manage inventory transactions in SAP.

• Handle RMA requests, material replacements, and NCR documentation for hardware.

• Verify accuracy of shipment requests on the 3PL logistics platform to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and supply chain teams to provide order updates and resolve issues.

Here's what you'll have:

• High School diploma or GED

• SAP experience a plus
