Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated Operations and Maintenance team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facility by providing general maintenance support and excellent customer service. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine repairs, maintenance, and restoration of the physical structure of the buildings. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams to address client needs and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Hard Skills
Perform routine repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various building components
Conduct facility inspections and report on any conditions that may impact client occupancy and operations
Maintain organized records of completed work and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
Assist the operations team in general office maintenance tasks
Complete special tasks, such as tenant service requests, special cleaning, and general maintenance, as assigned
Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as needed
Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
