Kelly Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Load Planner to join our client in Cambridge, ON for a 6-month temporary assignment . In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing load plans, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Replenishment, Suppliers, Scheduling, and Carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery details.

• Optimize loads for efficiency to ensure cost-effective and timely transport.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any challenges that arise.

• Respond promptly to phone and email requests from Planners, Vendors, Replenishment, Scheduling, Warehouse Operations, and Transport Operations.

• Address carrier inquiries in real time and resolve any concerns or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Transport Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• Educational background in Supply Chain Management is an asset.

• Geographical knowledge of Ontario and Quebec.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Must be available to work; Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm
