How you will make history here... The Automation Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes creating & troubleshooting custom workflows, automating business processes, and integrating data from various sources. The Automation Developer will implement, manage and continuously improves digital workplace technology and integrations with adjacent technologies (e.g. ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Conversational AI products). This position will require a strong background in automating business processes, creating efficient workflows, and integrating various applications and APIs within the Power Platform ecosystem leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate & Power Virtual Agents. This position will also collaborate with technology vendors, product managers, IT security and legal or compliance teams to ensure alignment to company policy and applicable legislation. This role will work with business stakeholders and requires strong analysis skills. This role will also be responsible for understanding the product life cycle and pipelines withing Power Platform. all aspects of Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint & Power Platform including administration, design, support, and training. What you will do... Main Responsibilities This is a hands-on technical role and will require innovative thinking to build automated solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Power Platform. Design scalable and efficient solutions leveraging Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. Develop custom applications, forms, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps. Configure and customize automated processes using Power Automate. Implement business logic and data manipulation within Power Platform. Determine best solution around Power Platform licensing when building solutions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and databases for seamless data flow. Work on data connectors, APIs, and third-party integrations to enhance system interoperability. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance and reliability. Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to keep automation processes current and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
