Program Assistant-CS (CV134-1) - Reentry Services Division

We are looking for a Program Assistant CS to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will report to a Program Manager and/or Assistant Director and will be trained to become a vital part of their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for a diverse range of matters including the coordination and monitoring of confidentiality, security, and the special needs of each client.

• Conduce life skills workshops from time to time.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Capacity to interact effectively with both clients and other team members in situations that can sometimes be stressful

• The capacity to achieve an effective balance between set operational policies and procedures and the use of initiative as and when the need arises

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED together

• A valid driver's license

Previous work experience in human services is preferred, but not essential.
