Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will use standard shop procedures in conjunction with instructions and specifications to diagnose and repair vehicles. You will operate diagnostic test equipment to troubleshoot vehicles and equipment and determine the source or cause of malfunctions or error codes. You will assemble, repair, or replace major components of automotive vehicles (e.g., engines, transmissions, differentials) to keep vehicles in working condition. You will use a dwell meter, tachometer, code scanner, or computer software to test conventional and electronic ignitions and starting or charging systems on vehicles. You will perform routine diagnostic inspections of vehicle operating systems to determine the type and extent of repair needed. ABLITY TO TROUBLESHOOT ALL ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, LOCATE VECHILE DEFECTS, KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNIQUES TO REMOVE, REPLACE, CLEAN AND INSTALL A VARIETY OF COMPOTNENTS, ACCESSORIES, UNDERTAND COMPUTER DIAGNOSTICS.
