Responsibilities You will install and make repairs on various domestic and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning units and systems. You will assist in the installation and repair of various small and domestic heating units and systems. You will assist in the installation, modification, and repairs of new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment such as sewage, water, natural gas, lavatories, showers, sinks, dishwashers, stoves, and air compression equipment. You will perform scheduled maintenance on electrical equipment including motors and fire alarm systems. You will make repairs to complex components such as feed water regulators. You will repair or replace electrical switches, motors, belts, and wiring. Duties performed in this position include: Performing common tasks under general supervision including installing and repairing air conditioning units, plumbing systems and electrical systems along with other comparable equipment.
