DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Title: Project Manager II, Tower Inspections (P2)
Role The Project Manager (PM) II -- Tower Inspections supports tower operations. Towers are Crown Castle's most established type of communications infrastructure and a more reliable way to deliver critical wireless Coverage. The PM ensures proper care of facilities by managing inspection programs and resolving site and maintenance issues in accordance with Company and regulatory policies.
Responsibilities * Support Telecom Industry Association (TIA) Inspection program through review and acceptance of inspections completed by external vendors within a set timeframe. * Ensure appropriate maintenance is completed during onsite inspections by external vendors and proper maintenance tickets are opened and categorized per inspection standard. * Ensure all tickets are properly managed within the TIA program; prioritize issues with tower operations manager, field technicians, customers, jurisdictions, landlords, and other cross-functional departments as required (develop appropriate recurring maintenance and site-specific issue resolution schedules). * Work cross-functionally to ensure that all maintenance and other issues requiring immediate action are promptly and effectively resolved. * Occasionally create maintenance and repair scope and schedule of work documents; bid and award projects in accordance with competitive bid policy. * Work closely with contractors, suppliers, field technicians, tower operations manager, and cross-functional support to ensure project timelines and budgets are effectively managed. * Provide reporting and analysis on all inspection and maintenance activities specific to cost, scope, and resolution schedule, including preparation of financial guidance in coordination with tower operations manager. * Work with various internal departments to comply with companywide initiatives that maintain the structural integrity and safety of Crown Castle facilities * Provide resource support (contractors, materials, and equipment) making sure they are available, trained, and cost effective for use in inspections, maintenance work, disaster recovery or other related work at Crown Castle facilities. * Assist TIA project manager with vendor training, auditing, and day to day operations leading to program success in volume, budget, and quality. * Assist with new hire training and ongoing training. * Support other cross-functional departments within Crown Castle with special projects and requests.

Education/Certifications/Licensure * High School diploma or equivalent required * Associates degree, two-year technical degree or equivalent experience/training strongly preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements * Two (2)+ years field operations experience working with site inspection, maintenance or repair of tower sites * Knowledge of wireless/telecommunications technologies and tower construction; drone footage review experience preferred * Demonstrates ability to understand and analyze financial reports * Prior maintenance/mechanical experience * Ability to read and understand surveys, construction drawings and technical schematics * Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and influence others * Ability to manage work and prioritize effectively

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, eammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
