Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aerospace and defense products using various tools and instruments. The ideal candidate will have experience in a machine shop and possess strong mechanical assembly and drafting skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct visual inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and socket wrenches.
Assemble and inspect aerospace and defense products.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Perform quality checks and final inspections.
Utilize mechanical assembly skills.
Enter data accurately.
Essential Skills
Experience in a machine shop.
Mechanical assembly skills.
Knowledge of geometric tolerances.
Drafting experience.
Basic math skills.
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, CMM, and other inspection tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC machines.
Ability to use master verniers and gap gauges.
Strong quality control experience.

Work Environment
You will be working in a machine shop environment with standard hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime available.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Canton, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
