An exceptional opportunity awaits in the Financial Services sector for an experienced Accounting Clerk with a college degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. As an Accounting Clerk, you will work under the guidance of an experienced Accountant, and your tasks will include computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the organization are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements, and financial reports.

• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger.

• Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.

• Perform general clerical duties such as copying, faxing, emailing, and other routine tasks.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Proven accounting experience in the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
