Administrative Position Summary
Performs a variety of office tasks and functions, which support the administrative duties within the Finance Department responding to inquiries from staff, suppliers and/or clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for entering information into relevant databases to ensure the business' databases are current to reflect its developments, updates and transactions.
Maintaining and monitoring established record keeping, filing.
Extracting and compiling records or data for creating accurate spreadsheets.
Store, record, and analyze data and information using accounting software.
A/R payments/reports; monitor customer accounts for current & past due accounts
Classify, compute, and record numerical data so that financial records can be accurately completed and data figures can be validated
Handling additional duties as requested.
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic principles of accounting knowledge
Data entry and processing experience a plus
Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects
Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, thoroughness, with attention to detail and quality of content with limited supervision.
Ability to: maintain confidentiality; utilize strong interpersonal skills; maintain pleasant and professional demeanor at all times; solve problems; meet deadlines efficiently
Must be Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish); ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge and Experience required
BBA in Business Administration / Office Systems or related.
Five or more years of job related experience. Must be a goal getter, organized and customer service oriented.
Interpreting, applying and explaining complex information such as regulations, policies or services; independently solving problems/performing liaison activities in a work setting; coordinating activities requiring complex arrangements.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
