Job Scope:The Process Engineer of the Warehouse, Incoming and Dispensing is responsible for simplifying and optimizing the area's processes or equipment through the identification of improvements, problem solving, investigation of observations/events, use of Lean tools, participation in the development of training, making changes, participation in different work teams and support to service areas. The Process Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is operating correctly. All this following regulations and good manufacturing practices, hygiene, safety, environmental and quality.Basic Requirements•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical)•Knowledge of Materials Management (recommended).•Two (2) years of experience as a Process Engineer in another operational area in pharmaceuticals, preferably.•EIT or PE License.Additional Skills/Preferences•Bilingual (English/Spanish).•Strong compliance mindset and sound judgement.•Strong written and verbal communication skills, documentation practices and FDA and other applicable regulation areas.•Knowledge of Pharmaceutical regulations (e.g. GMP’s, Computer Systems, EH&S).•Strong problem-solving skills•Ability to resolve conflict and promote good decision making among team members•Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently, and pro-actively in the performance of work duties.•Available to give support on weekends, holidays, rotating shift, and after regular working hours when required.•Available to work as a resource in other areas according to business strategies.•Available to travel internally and externally.
