Description We are on the hunt for a dedicated Application Development Project Manager/Lead to be based in Carrollton, Texas. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and executing internal processes related to software service packs for our clients. This role falls within the realm of a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing a chance for long-term involvement in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the support and execution of internal processes concerning software service packs for our clients.

• Actively participate in all aspects of supporting fielded systems, including resolving work orders, conducting preventative maintenance onsite visits, and providing remote/onsite support as needed.

• Assist in setting up and configuring our software integration lab to facilitate work orders, preventative maintenance visits, and/or service pack deliveries.

• Collaborate with cross-platform teams to deliver project deliverables, which might include database changes, documents, software releases, etc.

• Contribute to testing activities on assigned project(s).

• Adhere to all ISO, CMMI, and software engineering policies and procedures in performing day to-day activities on assigned project(s).

• Ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule and with high customer satisfaction.

• Establish effective communications and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Acquire knowledge of Security Systems products and services.

• Be prepared for up to 65% Travel to customer sites.

• Undertake other duties as required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Change Management and Work Orders

• Familiarity with Service Level Agreements and Service level management

• Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP and IP Network Requirements • Proven experience in managing application development projects

• Proficient in change management to ensure smooth transitions in processes

• Ability to manage work orders effectively and efficiently

• Experience in drafting and managing Service Level Agreements

• Strong knowledge of service level management and its application in project management

• Understanding of TCP/IP configurations and troubleshooting

• Proficient in IP Network setup, management and troubleshooting

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines

• Proactive in identifying potential issues and providing effective solutions
