As a Customer Center of Excellence Agent, we will expect you to deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences ’ to our customers.

What you’ll achieve

Join us as an Inside Sales Representative on our Inside Sales team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

You will:

  • Deliver ‘Extraordinary Experiences’ to our customers

  • Achieve and exceed the various targets and KPIs defined by the CCOE organization

  • Engage with our Customers when they choose to contact us via Phone, Chat, or Social media platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)

  • Satisfy each customer’s needs using our proven approach

  • Customer needs will vary. CCOE Agents are expected to deliver extraordinary experiences

  • CCOE Agents are expected to be the embodiment of Dell Technologies’ Culture code

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in French

  • English speaking and written will be appreciated

  • Good understanding of computer technology

  • Research skills, curiosity about business components, and good problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services & ability to identify how these products and services align with customer/partner needs

  • Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of the technology environment
