Oracle Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer - HCM in CASABLANCA, Morocco

Job Description

What you will do

As a Principal Solution Engineer , you will play a critical role in driving Oracle’s HCM Cloud and Payroll solutions across the ECEMEA region, supporting both direct and partner-led opportunities . You will work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver impactful product demonstrations and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end presales activities for Oracle SaaS opportunities in direct and partner-led sales cycles.

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations for Oracle Cloud Applications.

  • Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM and Payroll to support customer engagements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, partners, and customers, effectively communicating Oracle’s product strategy and value propositions.

  • Collaborate with Oracle and partner teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.

  • Support partners in co-delivery models, enabling them to transition towards independent presales execution.

  • Conduct workshops and industry events, evangelizing Oracle FUSION and emerging SaaS trends.

Responsibilities

We require…

  • Deep expertise in HCM and Payroll solutions, with SaaS experience as an advantage.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Previous HCM leadership experience (CHRO/HRD) is highly valued.

  • Passion for digital innovation, including GenAI, machine learning, and IoT in HCM/SaaS.

  • Experience working in a heavily matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
