This is an entry-level position in the Building Division of the Community Planning and Sustainable Development Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or GED. A minimum of four years construction related experience A combination of education and experience in the following areas may be considered: Customer service experience, including public contact and complaint resolution Construction estimation or design Installation, maintenance, and/or repair of building systems Regulatory interpretation or compliance

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License upon hire, with complying insurance. Review of motor vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout employment. Possess one nationally recognized certification or obtain within one year of hire. Other ICC or recognized certifications are highly desirable.
