TEKsystems Desktop Support Technician in Catonsville, Maryland
Our client is in the process of upgrading their environment to Windows 11, so they are looking to hire a Desktop Technician. They will be starting with their corporate head quarters in Catonsville, MD. This requires them to upgrading over 800 devices. The lead technician will be responsible for managing the day to day workload of the project from a technical perspective.
Extensive experience and knowledge managing the process of deploying images to new and refreshed devices
-SCCM Imaging or similar tool
-Application installs
-Active Directory
Experience troubleshooting various tier 1/2 hardware & software incidents as it relates to deployments
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00
