Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Support Analyst to prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards and analyse customer requests. This position will be full-time and onsite
What You'll Do
Analyse customer request thoroughly
Collaborate with cross functional group and other stakeholders
Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards
Recommend process improvements
Respond to customer requests mostly via email in a timely manner
Ensure that the company’s commitment on quality, environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed at all times
What You'll Need
Required
Graduate of any 4 years bachelor’s degree course
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency on using computers and software applications
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Deep knowledge in MS Excel such as creation of macro and use of lookup functions
Preferred
Ability to work with the team towards a common goal
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge in SAP and background in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
