MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance is beneficial.

• Strong communication skills

• Visionary, with self-learning initiative, able to work well in a team.

• Deep analysis skills (5W+1H, RCA, etc.)

• Basic presentation skills

• Knowledge on:

• Spares Management

• Maintenance Planning

• PM Execution

• PM digitization e.g. DMS, SAP
