Your Role
• To supervise a team that performs compilation of Import Declarations in an accurate and timely manner as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • To ensure that the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Responsibilities
Perform Daily Review / Huddles and update results in KN Wiki
Handles RT and other technical issues
Performs skills assessments using Skill Matrix and submits to manager for follow up
Performs daily quality checks to ensure high level of work quality and productivity
Trains new hires and ad-hoc topics where needed
Understands new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the team
Reviews individual team performance and reports any issues/feedback to the manager
Your Skills and Experiences
Professional education or degree in Customs Administration /Logistics/Business/Finance or related
Preferably with experience in Sea/Air/Overland Logistics
MS Outlook (Intermediate) and MS Excel (Basic)
With basic knowledge of Incoterms & Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Customs regulations
A previous experience in the Customs Brokerage industry is advantage
Must be organized, highly analytical, process oriented and has the ability to work with demanding deadlines
Good English communication skills
