Your Role

The Systems Specialist is responsible to ensure the required functionalities of the operational air logistics software in the Global Services are setup optimally for smooth and efficient operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of day to day systems support for operations and management supporting our air logistics production systems in cooperation with the regional team.

• Liaise with the countries' Systems Manager/Specialist and Regional Systems Team in supporting the transfer of and improvement of Air Logistics related tasks.

• Oversee and ensure the delivery of user training (system enhancements, air logistics forwarding, optimization and other advanced and dedicated trainings).

• Provides the Global Services team with up-to-date operational system knowledge and methodology, to ensure system support can be given to all users in the Global Services.

• Excellent knowledge/experience of all internal Air Logistics systems

• Organizational and administrative skills

• IT minded, affinity to automation and technical concepts and systems

• Training delivery
