Summary:
Results-driven professional who leads sales activities of the organization, performing the following duties personally and/or through direct reports. Understands the market, customers, competitors, products, and services within the site’s scope and translates the knowledge into strategy and plans that ensure profitable growth in line with company goals. Directly supervises the Business Development Manager and Sales Supervisor. Coaches the team and provides guidance on the execution of profitable growth strategies.
Core Functions:
Develops sales strategy for their division and aligns resources to the company strategy.
Executes company initiatives such as CRM, Training, etc.
Directs development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Responsible for staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales strategy.
Assigns sales territory to sales representatives, coaching them in their activities and results.
Maintains a four-month forecast and participates in inventory discussions to ensure product procurement and production.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Responsible for their team's compliance with internal SOPs.

Having robust succession development in place for people roadmap.
Ability to create presentations for customers using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data using Microsoft Excel.

Education & Experience:
Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3 years of sales experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
1 year experience managing project timelines and resourcing.
3 Years experience in managing using CRM Systems.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment to perform the core functions listed in this job description. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies as well as communicate verbally and electronically. The work is primarily sedentary. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and in a non-temperature-controlled environment. While performing the core function of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and required to lift to 35 lbs.

Travel
25% travel is expected to coach BDMs and maintain presence with key customers.
